Hi there! Welcome to my portfolio.
I am a drilling engineer with 6 years working in offshore oil and gas. I've spent time both in the office and in the field in multiple countries in what's been an exciting an diverse career.
I picked up coding during the pandemic (after despising it during uni). I am not a software developer. I am an engineer who uses Python and simple web tools to make life easier. I build calculators, data tools and small apps that help with drilling workflows, visualisation and personal projects.
Outside of work I have dedicated a lot of time to a part time semi-professional ice hockey career with the Perth Thunder. I also enjoy skiing, and playing golf (albeit poorly).
